Cell phone printing is a small but growing part of many automated data collection systems in retail, manufacturing, warehousing, and field service. And portable printers have been widely deployed for remote cell phone print applications, such as field sales and service, route accounting/direct-store delivery, postal/parcel, transportation, and logistics.
In route accounting, they can be used to print receipts, invoices, reports, forms, inspection labels, service records, and other documentation. Producing these documents at the point of activity can boost the quality of customer service and a company's overall efficiency.
Before you can send a document to a mobile printer in Lamont or Widener, your personal latop must be able to access the printer. To do this, you will need to install a device driver called Pharos Mobile printing. Each printer has a unique driver and requires a separate installation. You will only need to install the device driver once for each cell phone printer.
Please note that at this time Pharos Mobile print does not run on computers with Windows Vista.
